Interest
My research interests involve individual differences (i.e., genetics, experiences, neural pathways) and how these differences shape dietary choices. My current research is to locate the somatosensory cortex in mice and study its involvement in oral temperature and taste processing using both electrophysiological and behavioral techniques.
