Responsible for anything computer or IT related in the program. Develop and upkeep custom software and web development. Manage all of our program servers (incuding the server bringing you this page), as well as the program network regarding both hardware and software issues. Aid all computer users within the program. User support duties include: consulting and assisting users with purchase decisions, setup and configuration of computer systems, hardware and software troubleshooting, and setup of email accounts.
